Our return and refund policy lasts for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to initiate your return.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through Online Banking, with guidance provided by our moderators.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds; only regular-priced items may be refunded.

To return your product, you will need to ship it to the address communicated to you via email. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For returns, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
