Shipping Policy


Standard Free Delivery:  Delivery typically takes 4-7 working days.

Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as incorrect shipping details or the absence of the receiver, resulting in the package being returned to VOLA, the customer will bear the expenses. This includes shipping costs and any incurred duty or tax, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

Items Not Received but Tracking Shows Delivered: Please note that we do not provide refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered by the courier. It is advisable to have items delivered to a secure address to prevent delivery issues.
